Accordingly, based on the recommendations of Audit Committee of the Company, the Board at its meeting held 18 May 2017, has resolved to appoint S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 324982E/E300003) as the statutory Auditors of the Company in place of Dalal & Shah LLP, the retiring auditors. The Board has recommended the same for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 324982E/E300003) vide their consent letter dated 26 April 2017 have confirmed their eligibility. |
