| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company Law Board, New Delhi Bench, has consented to alteration in Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, pertaining to shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of West Bengal in terms of Order dated September 01, 2010. The copy of which was received by the Company on September 06, 2010.
Accordingly, the new location of the Company's Registered Office is now situated at Hyatt Regency Kolkata, JA-1, Section - III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700098 as under Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. |
