Further, as per the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and further amendment if any, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependents from July 28, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (Both days inclusive), for the aforesaid purpose. |
