1. Promotion of the existing Chief Financial Officer Mr. Yagnesh Sanghrajka as “Business Head - New Initiatives” (including Robomate+) and appointed Mr. Sanjay Sethi as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yagnesh Sanghrajka and Mr. Sanjay Sethi would take their respective charge effective from July 01, 2016.
2. Resignation of Mr. Ashwin M. Patel from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f June 30, 2016.
3. Appointment of Mr. Dinesh Darji, (having industry experience of 20+ years) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who would take charge effective from July 01, 2016. |
