| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/10/2016 15:27:19 | Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE about an incident of the fire broke out at one of the distillation columns of the Company’s manufacturing facilities situated at Roha Industrial Estate, in the State of Maharashtra. The incident occurred at around 2 a.m. of October 21, 2016.
The fire was brought under control promptly with the help from Roha Fire department, MARG and Reliance Industries. The Company is thankful to them for their timely help. There was no major injury caused due to the fire except minor injury caused to two persons, who have been treated and are fine.
All the concerned authorities were informed about the incident immediately.
This has resulted into temporary stoppage of production of one of the intermediates. This incident is not expected to have any material impact on the performance of the Company. |
