Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee have, vide circular resolution dated November 01, 2016 appointed Ms. Nilima Ramrao Shinde as an Additional Director (Non-executive, Independent Woman Director) with effect from November 01, 2016 to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Ms. Nilima Ramrao Shinde appointment as Independent Director is subject to approval of shareholders and the term of office shall be decided by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Ms. Nilima Ramrao Shinde also been appointed as a Committee Member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholder Relationship Committee with effect from November 01, 2016.
