| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Special Resolution with requisite majority for alteration of the Memorandum of Association by inserting thereto the following new objects to Part (A) of Clause III after existing Clause No. 5:
"6. To manufacture, process, purchase, sale, import, export or otherwise deal as a dealer in all kinds of diamonds known as "Precious Stones" in the form of cutting, polishing and / or doing any other process thereon."
Approval for commencing and carrying on all or any of new business and activities at such time as may be deemed fit by the Board of Directors. |
