| Exchange Disseminated Time | MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received Letter of Award (‘LOA’) dated March 31, 2016 from NHAI (National Highways Authority of India ) for the following Project:
Four Laning Stand Alone Ring Road/ Bypass for the Nagpur City Package I from Km 0+500 to Km 34+000 (Design 33+500 Km) In the State of Maharashtra on BOT (Hybrid Annuity) basis
Key highlights of the Project are as under;
i) Construction Period : 30 Months from the Appointed Date.
ii) Concession Period : 15 years (excluding Construction Period of 30 Months).
iii) The Bid Project Cost is Rs. 531.00 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Thirty One Crores) and O&M Bid is 6.30 Crores (Rupees Six Crores and Thirty Lacs) for the First Year.
iv) The Company will receive Bi-Annual Annuity from NHAI post Commercial Operation Date (COD).
Further, MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV, BOT (Hybrid Annuity) order book stands at Rs.1,170.00 Crores (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Crores) to be executed over the next 2½ years, (from the Appointed Date). |
