| Exchange Disseminated Time | Country Condos Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Resolutions as under:
1. To alter the Object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. For commencement of all or any of the new business (s) and activities specified in the Sub-clauses 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Clause III-C (Other Objects) of the
Memorandum of Association of the Company at such time or times as the Board of Directors may deem fit, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. N V S S Suryanarayana Rao, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before the closing of the working hours on April 15, 2009. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced through press release. |
