| Exchange Disseminated Time | Transchem Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company will consider the resolutions by way of Postal Ballot.
1. Special Resolution to alter main object clause of the Memorandum of Association.
2. Ordinary Resolution to dispose off undertaking of the Company.
Duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Company not later than the close of working hours on May 11, 2012.
