| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of a Press Note on the operations of the Company.
Press Note:
"Kernex Microsystems India Ltd., intimates all concerned through this Press note that Egyptian National Railways team conducted Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) from 15 November to 28 November 2011 in Kernex Microsystems (India) Ltd and cleared the last consignment of 55 Level Crossing Systems (Lx Systems) and accessories. The value of the consignment is approx. Rs. 17.50 crores. With this, manufacturing and obtaining the approval of ENR for 136 Lx Systems (Contract No.1033) has since been successfully completed. Already 81 Lx Systems have been shipped to Egypt and 55 Lx System is in progress. With this, 100% supply of Lx Systems has been completed except a few accessories, which is expected to be completed before March 31, 2012." |
