2. To fix the time, date book closure and venue to convene the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.

Further, in terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated employees of the company from August 05, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
