| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ortin Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Appointment of secretarial auditor for the financial year 2015-16.
2. The Board has considered the proposal and decided to start OTC Marketing of Products like Cough Syrup, Pain cream, Pain Spray, Pain tablets, Anti Cold tablets all over India which will yield good revenue in coming years.
3. The Board Noted and ratified the Agreement and under this, the Company in Collaboration with M/s. GDH Workforce Private Limited submit the proposal to the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India in response to the scheme namely Aajeevika Skills- (DDUGKY Guidelines) ("Scheme") formulated for providing skill development training to public at large in various states across India. |
