| Exchange Disseminated Time | Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 22, 2016, to consider inter-alia, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the IIIrd Quarter ended on December 31, 2015 (Financial Year 2015-16) together with the 'Limited Review Report' for the above said period.
At the said meeting, a proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on Private placement basis, is being placed for consideration of the Board of Directors.
Further, the trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company is closed from December 11, 2015 to January 24, 2016 (both days inclusive). The said information for the financial year 2015-16 is available on the website of the Company. |
