| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2015-16, if any, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in RCF’s Equity Shares / Securities will remain closed for all Directors / Employees of the Company during the period from May 14, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
