| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to (i) consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015; (ii) recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15; and (iii) fix the dates of book closure for the purposes of payment of Final Dividend, etc.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 04, 2015 till May 15, 2015. The Trading window shall re-open on May 18, 2015. |
