| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 11, 2012 in connection with the Notices of "Strike" and "Stoppage of Work" planned with effect from October 12, 2012, received from the Company’s Workers’ Unions at Chakan and Bhosari Plants respectively, Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has now informed BSE that as per the said Notices, the permanent workers at Chakan Plant have gone on strike with effect from October 12, 2012 and the permanent workers at Bhosari Plant have launched stoppage of work with effect from the said date.
The Management is making all efforts to keep the manufacturing operations running. |
