DigiVive Services Private Limited and also an investment into 1,30,99,900 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of M/s. Digicall Teleservices Private Limited respectively. Pursuant to the aforesaid investments made by the Company, M/s. DigiVive Services Private Limited and M/s. Digicall Teleservices Private Limited have become the subsidiaries of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2012. |
