| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that in view of resignation of Mr. R. C. Bhargava as a Director on the Board and Chairman of Audit Committee with effect from January 31, 2014, the Board of Director has re-constituted the Audit Committee in its meeting held on January 31, 2014 and appointed Mr. S. B. Desai as a Chairman of the Audit Committee. The new constitution of the Audit Committee is as under:
