| Exchange Disseminated Time | Wanbury Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Current Accounting Year has been extended and now it will be for 18 months from April 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013 instead of 12 months from April 01, 2012 to March 31, 2013.
Therefore the Company will submit to Stock Exchange Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2013 & June 30, 2013 and Annual Audited Financial Results for 18 months from April 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013.
The approval received from the Office of Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India on March 14, 2013. |
