1. To consider the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for quarter and period ended March 31, 2016.
2. To Take on record of appointment of Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer.
3. To Appoint Managing Director of the Company.
In connection with the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Person from May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
