| Exchange Disseminated Time | Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2014, inter alia, considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of EP Lamitubes Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with Essel Propack Limited and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme"). No shares are proposed to be issued pursuant to the said amalgamation since EP Lamitubes Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation shall be subject to requisite approvals of the Shareholders / Creditors of the companies, the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and other statutory / regulatory authorities, as may be applicable. |
