Further, the cut off date for entitlement of voting rights as per the shares held by members is September 16, 2015 and the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its members for the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting. The remote e-voting period commences on September 17, 2015 (9.00 A.M- Indian Standard Time) and ends on September 22, 2015 (5.00 P.M.-lndian Standard Time). |
