| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2016 12:44:42 | Alphageo (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2016, having authority conferred by the Board, inter alia has, accorded its approval for issue and allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at a premium of Rs. 503.62p to the Warrants Holders on exercising the option for conversion of 2,50,000 warrants issued at a price of Rs 513.62p in compliance with the terms of the issue.
The aforementioned Equity Shares shall be under lock in in terms of the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. |
