Accordingly, the Company has on December 29, 2016, received a discharge order vide F. No. 16(6)/3/2011/BIFR/SD Discharge, stating that Mr. Arun Chadha, a Special Director appointed by BIFR, ceases to exist on the Board of the Company w.e.f. December 01, 2016.
