Board Noted that the accumulated losses of the company are more than 50% of its peak net worth and the company is potentially a sick company.
The lenders to the company have invoked the reference to SDR Scheme under the guidelines of Reserve bank of India.
In view of this it is proposed to review and analyze the present financial status, expected future losses and resultant Net Worth thereafter and possible efforts that needs to be taken to take care of the situation where Company turns into a Sick Company and ways to improve the same.
