1. Increase in the remuneration of Shri. Arvind S Shah — Chairman.
2. Increase in the remuneration of Shri. Moolchand R Shah — Managing Director.
3. Increase in the remuneration of Shri. Shailesh A Shah — Executive Director.
4. Increase in the remuneration of Shri. Ketan M Shah — Executive Director.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 20, 2007 has appointed M/s. V P Mahipai & Co., Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer to transect the above business in fair & transparent manner.
Members to send their assent or dissent within December 17, 2007 at the self addressed envelope attached with the notice.
The result of the postal ballot shall be declared on December 21, 2007. |
