| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jyoti Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, for approval & adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014 for all the Officers and Designated Employees- (including Directors) of the Company from July 28, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. till August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
