Intimation of newspaper publication for calling 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
With reference to the above, we hereby inform that the Company has published on 7th September, 2017 the Notice of 25th Annual General Meeting in Financial Express(English Version) and Nav Telangana (Telugu Version) Newspapers.
The details of Book Closure, E-Voting and cut off dates are as follows.
1) The 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 29th day of September, 2017 at 2.00 PM at Moti Nagar Community Hall, Mothi Nagar Cross Roads, Borabanda, Hyderbad - 500018.
2) Closer of the Register of Members & Share Transfer books from 25th September, 2017 to 29th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
3) The cut-off date is on 23rd September, 2017 for the e-voting on the resolutions at 25th Annual General Meeting.
4) E-voting period commences from 26th September, 2017 (9.00 A.M) to 28th September, 2017 (05.00 P.M).
