Nitin Alloys Global Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Sub-Committee as appointed in the Board Meeting held on December 19, 2016 has agreed to fix February 04, 2017 as the "Record Date” for the purpose of determining entitlement of equity shareholders of Nitin Castings Private Limited (now known as Rajshila Construction Private Limited) to receive shares of Nitin Alloys Global Limited (now known as Nitin Castings Limited) post the receipt of Part - B Approval from SEBI and BSE on January 20, 2017.
