In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company has been closed with effect from October 30, 2014 and will remain closed upto November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
