| Exchange Disseminated Time | Salona Cotspin Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 13, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010, the Balance Sheet as on that date, Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend @ Rs. 1 per share to the Equity Shareholders of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Sri. S P Sekar, as a Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. VKS Aiyer & Coy, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on such remuneration, term & conditions.
5. Reappointment of Sri. Shyamlal Agarwala as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of Five years with effect from April 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
6. Modification of remuneration payable to Sri. Manoj Kumar Jhajharia, Joint Managing Director for the remaining tenure of office with effect from April 01, 2010, on necessary terms & conditions. |
