Vasudeva & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company, has expired from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26th September, 2017.
Pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure requirements), 2015, M/s S. N Dhawan & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants has been appointed as statutory auditors of the Company by the members for a period of five years from the conclusion of 29th Annual general meeting until the conclusion of 34th Annual general meeting to be held in year 2022.
