| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider & declare interim dividend for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016.
Further inform that, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of interim dividend for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016 for all the Directors / designated employees of the Company from March 04, 2016 upto a period of 72 hours after the date of declaration of interim dividend for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016. Accordingly all the Directors / designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
