| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/08/2016 16:10:35 | Apte Amalgamations Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as per the requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Also, for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window shall remain close from August 05, 2016 upto August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on August 16, 2016 (14th and 15th August being holidays).
The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct. |
