| Exchange Disseminated Time | Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the rights issue committee of the board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 03, 2014, to consider the terms of the proposed issue of equity shares on rights basis and decide, inter alia, the following:
1. Issue price per rights equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
2. Number of rights equity shares which an eligible equity shareholder as on the record date will be entitled to; and
3. Record date for determining the eligible equity shareholders who would be entitled to the rights equity shares. |
