Further The Board had approved the Agreement to Sell with Entertainment Network (India) Limited with respect to three FM Radio Stations at Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata which shall be subject to approval of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India or an order from the Hon’ble High Court allowing the Sale of the aforesaid Stations, whichever is earlier. |
