Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd hereby informs BSE that, due to the unavailability of Directors and lack of Quorum, the meeting is being rescheduled. The meeting is therefore postponed to May 30, 2016.
Further, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is reconvened on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended and year ended on March 31, 2016.
