| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2015 14:50:31 | Sarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2015-16 is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees / connected persons of the Company from November 12, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
The Trading Window shall remain closed for the purpose of dissemination of unpublished price sensitive information in Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015. |
