| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/05/2016 16:06:57 | Superhouse Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider under mentioned business amongst others :-
1. To consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
2. To consider for declaration of dividend, if any.
With regard to the announcement of audited financial result for the year ended March 31, 2016 and declaration of dividend, if any, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window of the Company will remain closed only for the Directors/Officer designated employees of the Company alongwith their respective immediate relatives, persons having contractual and fiduciary relationship including but not limited to auditors, law firms, analysts and consultants, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company during the period when trading window is closed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
