| Exchange Disseminated Time | Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the date of Board Meeting of the Company, to be held on February 02, 2016, to consider and take on records the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from January 23, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 02, 2016.
