| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that 0.001% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shareholders (CRPS) at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2010 have passed unanimously the resolution approving variation of terms and conditions of above said CRPS. Accordingly the CRPS are now redeemable on February 28, 2010 at a premium of Rs. 0.0062 per CRPS.
In terms of approval of the proposal by the above Preference Shareholders, the Company shall proceed to redeem the CRPS and all such Members who as per the records of the Company hold CRPS as on February 28, 2010 shall be eligible to receive the redemption proceeds, representing the face value of the CRPS held by them together with Premium thereon. |
