| Exchange Received Time 21/12/2017 18:58:32 Exchange Disseminated Time 21/12/2017 18:58:42 Time Taken 00:00:10 | Intimation is hereby given that a meeting of the members of the Merger and Amalgamation Committee of the Company held on December 18, 2017 has approved the notice convening meeting of the members of the Company to be held on January 25, 2018 pursuant to order/directions of National Company Law Tribunal dated December 14, 2017 for the purpose of approval of the scheme of amalgamation between Vinaditya Trading Co. Ltd and Flomic Freight Services Private Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of members maintained by the Company as on the cut-off date of December 22, 2017 shall only be entitled to vote at the Meeting. The notices is being dispatched to the respective members whose names appeared in the records of the Company as on December 22, 2017.
The Company has also provided e-voting facility and postal ballot facility to public shareholders pursuant to SEBI Circular dated 30th November, 2015 bearing no CIR/CFD/CMD/16/2015 which will commence on December 26, 2017 9:00 am and that will end on January 24, 2018 at 5: 00 p.m.
