1. Mr. B. L. Gaggar, Executive Director Finance & Company Secretary will retire from the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2015. He has expressed his desire to be relinquished from his role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on conclusion of 58th Annual General Meeting scheduled on April 22, 2015;
2. Ms. Amee Joshi, Assistant Company Secretary is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. April 25, 2015;
3. Mr. Rajasubramanian N is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2015. |
