the Committee of Directors at their meeting held on March 30, 2010, have allotted 12414353 nos Non-convertible 2% Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 5/- each to the valid applicants who applied for the said issue.

Further the Company clarify that, said Non-convertible 2% Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 5/- each is unlisted securities.
