| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider, declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.
In view of the above, in terms of Insider Trading Code of the Company, “Trading Window” shall remain closed with immediate effect, and will remain closed till March 17, 2016, i.e. 48 hours after communication of declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, to the Stock Exchanges. Kindly note that during this period any purchase, sale or other dealing in shares of the Company is prohibited to all Directors/officers/Designated Employees of the Company. |
