The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 26th May, 2017, have:-

(i) approved the audited financial statements and recommended the payment of dividend @ 18% i.e. Rs. 1.80 per share for the financial year 2016-17;
(ii) re-appointed Mr. Jaideep Gupta (DIN 02647974) as Managing Director for a period of 1 year; and
(iii) appointed Mr. C. P. Tyagi (FCA - 091086) as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel in place of Mr. P. Shivakumar w.e.f. 1st June, 2017.
