| Exchange Disseminated Time | Blue Chip (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Amiya Kumar Basu and Mr. Subhabrata Talukdar have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. December 21, 2005 and the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Shiv Kumar Lakkar and Mr. Sushanta Sengupta w.e.f. December 22, 2005.
Further the Company has informed that Mr. Amiya Kumar Basu, a Practicing Chartered Accountant and Mr. Subhabrata Talukdar, an Advocate have been inducted as Independent Directors to the Board with effect from December 21, 2005 and with this co-option 50% of the Board Comprises of Independent Directors. |
