1. Appointment of CS Manasi Modak as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 14, 2016.
2. Resignation of Mr. Vishal Mehta, Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 13, 2016.
3. Appointment of Mr. Arvind Jain as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 14, 2016.
4. Recommended a dividend @ 5% p.a. i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share of the Company.
