| Exchange Disseminated Time | CRISIL Ltd ("Target Company") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Indepedent Directors (IDC) on the Open Offer to the Shareholders of the Target Company under Regulation 26(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
McGraw-Hill Asian Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (the "Acquirer") along with S&P India LLC ("S&P India"/"PAC1") and Standard & Poor's International LLC "S&P International"/ "PAC2") and McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. ("McGraw Hill"/"PAC3") in their capacity as persons acting in concert (each entity individually referred to as "PAC", and together, referred to as "PACs").
